Low Moroccan wood footstool with handwoven seat made of leftover materials. façon effiloché. Bold and tonic colors, different shades of blue and red.
This weaving technique, Boucherouite or Boucharouette, was traditionally reserved for poor people in Morocco. Today, this traditional craft enters our interiors and brings character and soul to any place. Woven bands on the seat are made from recycled fabrics (rags, clothes, scraps of fabric, etc.), mainly blue and red.
Ideal for a kid’s room.
The handcrafted Moroccan bench with unique and vibrant weaving adds a bohemian and funky touch to your home decor. Use it as an extra seat, a bedside table, or a side table by your sofa or chair. It is versatile in a child’s or baby’s room, playroom, terrace, or balcony and can be easily moved to where you need it to be. In addition, its small size does not take up too much space and is easy to store. More information about the different models of Moroccan stools and how to use them in our lives is in our article on the blog.
Why I love it:
The lively and vivid colors.
